General
- What time is check-In 3:00 pm
- What time is check-Out 11:00 am
- What is the minimum age requirement? 21
- Do you charge for Wi-Fi? It's included.
- Do guests have private bathrooms? Yes! All rooms have private baths.
- Is smoking allowed? The Warren House and grounds, including the porches and balconies, are non-smoking.
- Are pets allowed? Only service animals as specified by the ADA are allowed.
- Are children allowed? No, children under age thirteen are not allowed.
- What if we rent the entire house? The subject is open for discussion if you rent the entire house for an event.

- Where do we park? The Warren House has a private parking area on the side of the house on Ninth street.
- What are your cross streets? Ninth street and Griffith Ave.
- GPS: use 705 Griffith Ave, Terrell, Texas 75160
Time & Location of Food Amenities
- Breakfast? A Gourmet Southern breakfast is served in the dining room 7:30 – 10 a.m.
- Evening reception? Deserts and Wine are served in the parlor from 5 – 7 p.m.
- Coffee and desserts? Freshly baked cookies are delivered to your room nightly, and you may help yourself to coffee at the beverage station at any time.
Reservations:
- I booked on a website other than the hotel's website. How do I cancel or change my reservation? You must contact the website you used to make your reservation.
- What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance.
- What is The Warren House hotel/motel tax? 14%
- Is there an amenity fee? NO. One glass of wine is offed at no charge. Included are two breakfasts; wine and deserts reception nightly, parking in our lot, Wi-fi, beverage station.
- Are there other fees? No!
- What about Deposits and Cancellations? Deposits on reservations canceled received two-days before reservation date will be refunded. For this purpose, a business day ends at 5:00 Pm.
